Staff upgraded room to a large suite at no charge.

Original room did not have king bed - just off main lobby.

Well maintained older property. If you like colonial, historic feel, you will enjoy this property. I generally prefer something a more contemporary.

The charm of the hotel blended well with the town.

The furnishings were not comfortable - bed was too high, TV bureau annoying & breakfast very boring.

I may have found criticism since asked, but will if given the opportunity return.

Very old - smelled musty.

I recommend a visit to this hotel if you want a taste of old Saratoga Springs. The room was large and clean. The service was wonderful. It is located right on Broadway which is very convenient.
